Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

WWRS provides knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services, including but not limited to customer experience management, operational support, and business process solutions. The specific services provided will be detailed in individual service agreements between WWRS and the client.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services or any related systems
• Use our services to transmit any harmful, threatening, or objectionable content
• Interfere with the proper working of our services

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WWRS and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WWRS.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WWRS, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WWRS and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Quezon City, Philippines.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
